problem with Blocks

I just installed Sphinx plus SMF, everything is really cool, just that the items on the Blocks are duplicated, everything shows in twos e.g recent post, recent news, mini calender, all are double on the blocks and show in twos, is this the right way or is there a problem and how can I change it, for ref: pls check http://www.socceraffair.com

Also, I tried using a downloaded theme from the SMF theme site as my site's theme, but i ended up getting an error report, sumtin about copyright notice......but overall, Sphinx is exactly what i need......

The duplication of blocks and such is from the install file getting run more than once. Sometimes users goof and it happens. Just go into the admin area and delete the dups.

Thats the problem, cant find any duplicates in the admin area, where exactly do i look pls?

There is no duplicated items in the admin - blocks management area, please where do i find the duplicates to delete?

Strange. If they were duplicated in the database, you should see them in block admin.

I guess you could double check through PhpMyAdmin to be sure. Other than that, you can also double check your theme to make sure that they aren't called twice. From the look of your site, it looks like the call for blocks is being run twice.
